1. Overview

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all purchases made through lucidmerch.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Lucid Media LLC (“Lucid Merch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Please read this Policy carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not place an order.

2. No Returns

All sales are final. Lucid Merch does not accept returns of any merchandise. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, the item is yours to keep. Please do not ship products back to us; any merchandise returned to Lucid Media LLC will not be accepted, will not be refunded on the basis of return, and may be discarded without notice.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original date of purchase. Requests received after this 30-day window will not be honored, and no refund will be issued, regardless of circumstance.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request within 30 calendar days of the purchase date;
  • Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout; and
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request.

Lucid Media LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any refund request based on the information provided and the circumstances of the order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team by email with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number].” Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address used to place the order;
  • Your order number;
  • The item(s) for which you are requesting a refund; and
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within five (5) business days of receipt.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically appear on your account within five to ten (5–10) business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Lucid Media LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions, card issuers, or third-party payment processors.

Shipping charges, taxes, and any third-party fees (where applicable) are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Orders for which a refund is requested more than 30 calendar days after the date of purchase;
  • Digital products, downloads, or gift cards once delivered or redeemed;
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items;
  • Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or improper care after delivery; and
  • Promotional, free, or giveaway items.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging. Eligible cases will be resolved at our discretion through a refund or replacement, subject to the 30-day refund eligibility window described in Section 3.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has entered production or been handed off to a shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under the standard terms of this Policy.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Lucid Media LLC may result in the suspension or permanent ban of your account from future purchases on the Site.

10. Changes to This Policy

Lucid Media LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the Policy that applies to that order.
