1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through lucidrobmerch.com (the “Site”), operated by Lucid Media LLC doing business as Lucid Rob Merch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Lucid Rob Merch operates on a print-on-demand basis. This means each item is custom-made for you only after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Our products are produced and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partners, currently Printful and Printify, and their network of print providers.
Because each item is made to order, total delivery time is the sum of two separate stages: production (fulfillment) and shipping.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time
3. Production Time
Production time is the time it takes our fulfillment partner to create your custom item before it ships. Production does not begin until payment is processed and the order is approved.
Estimated production times:
- Printful-fulfilled orders: typically 2–5 business days.
- Printify-fulfilled orders: typically 2–7 business days.
- Orders containing 12 or more items, embroidered items, or items with multiple print placements may require additional production time.
Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, supply or stock shortages, quality control reprints, or production issues at our fulfillment partner’s facilities.
4. Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at that point.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- Domestic (United States) standard: 3–8 business days.
- Domestic express (where available): 1–3 business days.
- International standard: 5–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping estimates are based on historical carrier data and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside our control can extend delivery times.
5. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing items produced at different fulfillment locations or by different print providers will ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional charge to you for split shipments.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, the items in your cart, and the selected shipping method. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the failure to deliver was caused by us or our fulfillment partner.
7. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
We ship internationally where supported by our fulfillment partners. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We are not able to predict, calculate, or refund customs fees. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the order may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier, and we may not be able to issue a refund.
Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, regional disruptions, or other logistics issues outside our control.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping notification is sent. If your tracking has not updated within five (5) business days of the shipping notification, please contact us.
9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at lucidrobbiz@gmail.com. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner for production, address changes may not be possible. Reshipping an order to a corrected address may require an additional shipping charge at your expense.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or misdelivered after carrier confirmation of delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive packages.
If your tracking shows the package as lost or stuck in transit and it has not moved for an extended period, contact us at lucidrobbiz@gmail.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate. Reshipments and refunds in these cases are subject to investigation and the policies of our fulfillment partners.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at lucidrobbiz@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s), the issue, and the packaging. Eligible cases will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
12. Order Cancellations and Changes
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are typically unable to cancel or modify orders once they have entered production. Cancellation requests must be received before production begins, and we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible. To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible at lucidrobbiz@gmail.com.
13. Returns and Refunds
Lucid Rob Merch does not accept returns. Refunds are available within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, subject to the terms set forth in our Refund Policy.
14. Carrier Disruptions and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs holds, regional conflicts, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical failures at our fulfillment partner’s facilities. Estimated delivery dates may be extended during such events.
15. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed is the version that applies to that order. The most current version will always be available on the Site.
